Q. What space is available for events flyers?
A. Bulletin boards and some unpainted surfaces.
Q. Do I need to ask permission prior to posting an event?
A. No, permission is not required, assuming proper placement and appropriate content.
Q. Are there restrictions regarding the types of notices that can be posted?
A. We prefer that you use the space for school-affiliated events only. Postings of short duration (1-2 days) may be acceptable for social and sports events.
Q. Are there any time constraints on posting events?
A. The acceptable lead-time for notices is a maximum of 2 weeks prior to the event. Don’t “jump the gun” and please remember to remove your flyers after the event.
Q. Are there any other suggestions for publicizing events?
A. Consider sending a notice to MS-EVENTS-L@LISTSERV.IUPUI.EDU. See MSA listserv instructions.
