2nd YEAR LAW STUDENT SEEKING ROOMMATE for upcoming school year

I am a 2nd year law student at IUPUI seeking a roommate for the upcoming school year (2012-2013) at IUPUI. I have a 2 bedroom apartment at Canal Square Apartments and my current roommate is graduating and therefore I am seeking a roommate for the soon to be vacant room. The apartment is immediately across the street from the law school and campus. I’m looking for a male or female roommate that is a law, medical, or graduate student that is also studious, easy going, and understanding of the fact that as a law student I prefer a quiet environment. A little background on me, I’m a male, 22 year old law student. I’m studious and definitely a night person. I’m also a non-smoker.

2nd year IUSM PhD Student Seeking Roommate

Hi, my name's Kelly and I am looking for a roommate to share my gorgeous 2BR/2BA apartment on the Southside. Right off of 65, 15-20 min to IUPUI, it's great because it's in a beautiful community, inexpensive and convenient to downtown. The walk-in closet is huge, and the room is very spacious. The living area is nice and open with a wood-burning fireplace next to the sliding doors which lead to the balcony. It's on the second floor overlooking the pond, but we're on the side of the building so we have faulted ceilings. Rent right now is $800/mo (split evenly) and our electric was never much more than $150 - and that was me adjusting to living here from FL and my roommate liking the heater more than I. The complex does allow pets, and I have no problem with any animals.
I'm looking for someone who is pretty clean (at least in the living area - your room is your business), doesn't take life too seriously but is still responsible. Being a PhD student, I study a great deal, but I still like to go out or have friends over occasionally.
