ROOM FOR RENT in our 3,500 sqft house in Downtown Indianapolis - $500/month + utilities (April – September)

2041 N. New Jersey – Large three bedroom home with 2 living rooms, private study and 3 separate full bathrooms! Huge gourmet kitchen (includes subzero refrigerator, brand new cherry cabinets and tons of counter space. The house is currently furnished, but there is always room for more if you want to add some of your own furniture.

The room currently fits a Queen Size bed with headboard, two night stands, and small dresser. You will have a personal shower – for only your use. The room also includes a parking space in the detached garage behind the house. The room comes unfurnished. A bed may be available if needed.

The house currently is the home of two recent law school grads. One is working her first big girl job and the other is pursuing a PHD. Both ladies are respectful, fun-loving and clean. We are looking for a roommate who is just as respectful and cleans up after herself/himself. This would be an ideal space for a young professional or graduate student.

Move in April 1st, the lease will go through the month of September. That’s right, a 6 month lease!!! We may want to renew the lease in September and that could be an option for you as well if everything is going well! The utilities average about $120 a month – they are higher in the coldest months of winter (which are hopefully over), budget $120 and maybe come out with some leftover cash! The security deposit is $333.

Current room dweller is moving out to take a new attorney job out of town.
