Description:

The biochemistry elective is designed principally for students who wish to undertake biomedical research at a basic level. The student may select certain graduate lecture courses and/or participate in one of the current research programs of the Department of Biochemistry. This elective is also recommended for students registered in a combined M.D. - Ph.D. (M.S.) program.
